With our in-house estimate process, Ladybird takes a customized approach to making sure you pay for what you need and nothing more.

 

We are happy to “pick up” your room i.e. laundry, make beds, or organize your room. Want to use your cleaning products? We can do that too.

 

When we visit your home, we take the following things into account to provide an accurate estimate:

 

•  Square footage of home or office

• Number of bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common living areas

​

• Amount of furniture within each room

​​

• Antiques, decorations, and paintings

​​

• Evaluation of cleaning time due to “picking up”

​​

• Additional request/Custom  

 

We are able to provide a rough estimate for the cost of services without visiting your home, but it may not be as accurate as our in-home estimate would be.
